Ms Cosnett has held a variety of roles over the last thirteen years in education including: Lead Teacher for Key Stage 4 English, Head of English and Trust Leader for English across five secondary schools in the West Midlands and Worcestershire. She joined St Benedict's Catholic High School in 2019, as Head of English, before moving into the Senior Leadership Team where she has responsibility for Personal Development and Teaching and Learning. During this time, she has worked alongside lead teachers in RSHE and Careers to ensure that the curriculum extends beyond the academic and offers pupils the opportunity to develop into well rounded young people.
