Ms. Bussey joined St Benedict’s High School in September 2024 as Assistant Principal, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a range of schools across the Midlands. She qualified as a teacher in 2007 after completing her degree at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
Throughout her career, Ms. Bussey has undertaken a variety of teaching and leadership roles, including Head of Department and Head of Faculty, all driven by her commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience for every student. In her role at St Benedict’s, she oversees the quality of the student experience, ensuring that all pupils are supported and inspired to thrive within a caring and aspirational environment.
